Color: Pale gold
Nose: Lemon pepper up front, unripe blueberries, and whit beer. Upon further investigation we discover cloves and orange oil, scented candles focused on your favorite autumnal aromas, and a hint of window putty and cream soda.
Palate: Incredibly viscous mouthfeel. Upon first blush notes of wild flowers and diluted honey. This is a more delicate and contemplative grain whisky, offering up soft flavors of grass clippings, lemon meringue, Hibiscus flowers, and Turkish Delight.
Finish: Medium length with additional wild flowers and an obvious nod back to the spices we found on the nose.
