Nose: Fruity on pear, mandarin jam, grapefruit zest and dried apricot. Spicy notes of pepper, cloves, cinnamon, anis and pistachio with oxidative and vinous touches of the palo cortado.
Palate: Well balanced between the rum, oak and the sherry on chocolate, almond, cherry, blueberry, banana, bitter orange and some elegant rose notes.
