The initial impression is round, with ample peach, grapefruit, melon and flint flavors framed by a light kiss of oak. The steely structure sneaks up on you, taking over and defining the lingering aftertaste.

Quite a bit of minerality here in an implicit way, with reductive flinty lime and seashells. A hint of iodine. Denser and more compact, with medium- to full-bodied and a medium-long finish. A bit saltier with attractive bitterness bringing freshness at the end. 50% used barrels and the rest in stainless steel tank.
