Crafted in the heart of Speyside, this extraordinary GlenAllachie single malt spent over a decade maturing entirely in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, emerging with stunning depth, vibrancy, and character. Distilled on November 4, 2014, we initially planned to bottle it precisely on its 10-year anniversary in November 2024. However, after careful consideration—and plenty of delightful tastings—we decided to let the whisky mature an additional five months, bottling it instead in April 2025.

The full-term maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask contributes an extraordinary depth of flavor, balancing lush fruits, elegant sweetness, and gentle spice. It’s a true celebration of the harmony between spirit and wood.
