Our third edition of The Infinite. Each year, we bottle a portion of our infinity batch, to capture a unique moment in its evolution. Then I carefully select new whiskeys to introduce, shaping the flavor profile for the year to come.

Edition III: Building on the profile of Edition II, I've blended in three distinct bourbons from across the generations. Bourbon from Booker offers notes of oak, char and smoke. Fred's bourbon adds a creamy mouthfeel with hints of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch. And my own bourbon builds complexity with notes of tobacco and dark fruit. Savor Edition III, and come back in a year for its next evolution.
