Distilled from molasses in the famed Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP) from the former Enmore Estate
Aged 12 years in ex-bourbon casks

Though not quite as famous as DDL’s wooden pot stills, the Enmore still and its EHP marque identifiably contribute to nearly every one of El Dorado’s cask-aged expressions, truly providing the backbone for the entire range. First constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880, this two-column Coffey still is built primarily from greenheart wood, an evergreen native to Guyana which is one of the densest, most durable woods in existence and the same wood used in DDL’s heritage wooden pot stills.
