Around 66lbs of our locally grown raspberries go to produce each liter of this incredible Eau de Vie. Slow fermentation of their natural sugar and double distillation captures their enormous vitality.

A huge, intoxicating, aroma of perfectly ripe raspberries. Extremely floral, intense high notes and softer deeper notes interplay with nuts, lemon and rose. An explosive palate of mouth filling raspberries, more flowers, rose geranium, Turkish Delight, hints of nuts, mint and spice with a beautiful sweetness. A never ending finish.
