Unique to Georgia’s Racha region, in the foothills of the Caucasus mountains, Dzelshavi grapes are added to the region’s signature Aleksandouli-Mujuretuli grapes to produce a distinctive dry red wine reminiscent of a pinot noir-merlot blend. Racha’s unique grapes, sunny days, and rocky soil gives the wine a complex palate with velvety cherry and blueberry tones, balanced acidity, mineral undertones and a long finish.
