This 6 year old single cask, bottled exclusively for ImpEx Beverages, was matured in a bourbon barrel before being finished for eleven months in a Blanc de Blancs wine cask from a world-renowned wine region of France. The unique maturation of this single cask has given the whisky layers of biscuity malt sweetness which balance beautifully with the citrus and peat smoke of Kilchoman.
