Muscat—100% Muscat of Alexandria 2016
The winemaker harvests the grapes focused on acidity to balance the sweetness of the Muscat grape.
Grapes are macerated for just one day allowing floral expressions to develop, but not tannins.
Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks for 15 days and then the wine is stored for at least one month at 18 degrees. Following that, the wine is filtered and bottled.
Floral and citrusy with hints of grapefruit, oranges, strawberries and jasmine.
