Bottled straight from the cask, without the addition of water to reduce alcohol content, our Cask Strength Series is all about combining the traditional craft of whisky making with a more modern approach to flavour exploration. The result is a deliciously intense whisky that sings with characterful flavour from the cask.
Matured predominantly in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks - including Pedro Ximénez casks - plus refill casks, ex-bourbon casks and a small quantity of first-fill, sherry-seasoned. American oak casks, all hand selected by Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker.
The Pedro Ximénez casks delivers distinctive notes of sweet, sun-dried fruits.
Non chill-filtered to reveal this whisky in its purest form with a distinctive natural haze.
The whisky's naturally deep golden, clear and bright colour is driven entirely by our casks, without additives.
