Pisco Picasso Mosto Verde Acholado is the product of the distillation of three varieties of "pisco grapes" Quebranta, Italy and Torontel. These grapes have been selected to take part in the fermentation process and disrupt it, in order to maintain natural sugars obtaining a perfectly balanced wine basis. Then it goes to our stills for distillation. After this, it lies in our stainless steel tanks for 36 months to obtain aroma, body and flavor; achieving an exquisite Pisco.
