Since 1865, this delicious apertif wine has been celebrated for its delightful flavors and complexity, stimulating to the palate. True to its rolse as apertif. Bonal was known as "ourve l'appetit" - the key to open appetite. It is made by an infusion of cinchona (quinine). gentian, and renowned herbs of the Grande Chartreuse mountains in a Mistelle base. As a Quinquina (also known as "Kina", an apertif wine with cinchona), it is traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice with a twist, and in many classic mixed drinks.
