Yet another estate whose entire production is sold by Darroze. Unlike the majority of the armagnacs in our ageing cellar, produced using the baco grape planted in 1956, Roumats armagnacs are 100% Saint Emilion (also known as Ugni Blanc in the Cognac region). This gives them a singular profile : from floral and white fruit aromas in the early years, evolving to rather more exotic notes (banana, mango, vanilla), these armagnacs are elegant and distinguished after 20 years of ageing.
